Our director, Mark started as a single operator in the installation industry back in 2001. One of the biggest issues he noticed with the industry was that customer service and reliability were lacking. Customers were trading money for huge price tags that didn’t even guarantee a technician would be there on time. That’s how Remote-a-Door was born in 2005. Two years later, Remote-a-Gate joined the family. Today, both headquartered businesses service all of Brisbane, with an additional two franchises servicing the Gold Coast and Emerald.
